Monica is an internationally recognized Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds a BA in Marketing and is a certified Professional Business Counselor from the Romanian-American Center of Excellence. With over 14 years of experience, Monica has worked closely with top executives and business leaders in various industries such as IT, telecom, BPO, financial services, food and beverage, and industrial manufacturing and services.

Monica’s coaching style emphasizes the connection between personal values and business objectives, and she strongly believes that every restriction presents an opportunity for growth. As the founder of Coachingdipity, Monica provides individual and team coaching services, as well as Level 2 coaching school. She is also an ICF Mentor Coach and has been mentoring ACC, PCC, and MCC credential paths since 2011.
Throughout her career, Monica has accumulated over 6000 hours of individual and team coaching, delivering change management, conflict management, developing a coaching culture, career transition, executive presence, and team coaching.
